Thanks for your interest in doing business with King County Procurement. King County is in the process of launching a new procurement system which will be live on Oct 26. As a result, some access has changed:

  • If you're trying to register as a new supplier - This system, the old procurement system, no longer allows suppliers to register. If you'd like to respond to in-flight solicitations and you're not a registered supplier, please reach out to Procurement & Payables. To register and/or participate in new solicitaions using the new E-Procurement system visit our supplier website for more information.

  • If you're trying to respond to an in-flight solicitation - This system, the old procurement system, will allow registered suppliers to log-in and participate on solicitations as usual. Please note, as of Oct. 26th, all new solicitation will be posted in the new procurement system; if you're not registered in the new system, we encourage you to visit our supplier website to register today.

Legal Notice

King County has implemented Online Vendor Registration (OVR) to permit vendors, consultants and contractors to register their business with the County by creating a unique User ID, or to visit the website as a guest. The County’s ITBs, RFPs, & RFQs, with any attachments including addenda, are available for viewing by all users; but only registered firms can add themselves to plan holders lists and receive email notifications of addenda or other important information concerning the solicitation.

You must register & add yourself to the "Holders List" to be included on the official plan holders list for any specific ITB, RFP, or RFQ.
